There are many issues that can arise between parents who are divorced or separated. One such issue is child custody. Many important matters can come up in regards to child custody. Sometimes, parents are able to resolve child custody matters through agreements. Other times, such matters lead to legal disputes that end up coming before a court.

Recently, a court reached a decision in a celebrity child custody case. The case was from Georgia and it involved the singer Usher and his ex-wife.

Usher and his ex-wife got married in 2007. The two separated in July 2008 and got divorced in 2009.

The former couple had two children together. The current ages of the two children are 4 and 3.

Usher and his ex-wife have been in a legal battle over the custody of these two children. This custody dispute went before a judge in Fulton County, Georgia and the judge recently reached a decision in this case.

According to the article on the Washington Post's website which reported this story, the judge ruled that primary physical custody of the two children will go to Usher. The judge also ruled that legal custody of the two children will be held jointly by Usher and his ex-wife. The child custody arrangement ordered by the judge will reportedly begin at the start of next month.

As this case illustrates, disputes regarding child custody sometimes arise between divorced or separated parents and, sometimes, such disputes end up being resolved by a court decision.
