This can be seen in the child custody case regarding the actress Halle Berry and the man who is reportedly the father of her child. Recently, a judge reached a decision regarding a dispute that arose in connection to this child custody matter.

Berry and the father of her child reportedly previously signed a custody agreement regarding their child. Reportedly, one of the sections of this custody agreement regards how time with the child will be split between Berry and the child's father when Berry is working on a movie.

Reportedly, Berry is soon going to begin work on a film. The above-mentioned dispute between Berry and her child's father reportedly regarded the above-mentioned section of the custody agreement and what the time split between the two would be when Berry is working. As we mentioned above, a judge recently reached a decision regarding this dispute. According to the TMZ article which reported this story, the judge ruled in Berry's favor.

This dispute and its resolution demonstrate a couple of important points. The first is that disputes can sometimes arise in connection to child custody matters. The second is that these disputes sometimes end up being resolved by a court.
