But what about when someone is not the father and he is forced to pay child support anyway? One Tennessee man has been living through this nightmare for several years. 

The man, who has been in front of numerous judges pleading his case, has already paid about $30,000 in support for a child that is not his, and he even has the DNA evidence to prove it. It was only recently that a judge finally stepped in and stopped the child support payments. But that does not change the fact that the man has been arrested and had his driver's license stripped in the past for failure to pay support. In fact, he is still paying the woman $460 a month in back pay.
