International divorce disputes can be quite complicated, especially if the country where the child is located does not comply with U.S. and international laws governing child custody. This is what one Tennessee mother is discovering in her hopes to bring her daughter back home.
She and her husband had been married for eight years. They have a 14-month-old daughter who was born in the United States. The 31-year-old woman is also currently pregnant.

Many important issues can arise in connection to a divorce. One such issue is spousal support. Sometimes, issues regarding spousal support will give rise to disputes between the parties to a divorce. This can be seen in a dispute that has recently arisen in a divorce case that we have discussed previously on this blog.
The case in question is the divorce between the actress Mena Suvari and her husband. As we mentioned in our previous post on this case, in January, Suvari filed for a divorce from her husband. In this divorce filing, Suvari asked that her husband not be granted any spousal support.
Recently, some divorce news has arisen regarding the wrestler John Cena. Cena is a professional wrestler with World Wrestling Entertainment. He has also starred in movies such as "Legendary" and "12 Rounds." It has recently been reported that Cena is getting divorced from his wife.
Cena and his wife got married in 2009. The couple does not have any children. According to an article on TMZ's website, Cena recently filed papers for a divorce. This divorce filing reportedly was made in a court in Florida. In this filing, Cena said that the marriage between him and his wife is "irretrievably broken."
As we have mentioned before on this blog, property division is one of the important issues that can arise in connection to a divorce. Recently, an article on the Longmont Times-Call's website reported on one method that some divorcing couples are using when it comes to property division.
The method in question is the divorce auction. In divorce auctions, divorcing couples put their property up for auction at auctions that are open to the public and then split the proceeds from the sale of the property (minus the amount paid to the organizers of the auction the property was sold in). Couples sometimes do this as an alternative to dividing the property up piece by piece between the two of them.
Sometimes, issues regarding child support will arise between parents. This can be seen in a recent development in a child custody battle that we have discussed previously on this blog.
The child custody battle in question is the custody battle between Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend. Berry and her ex-boyfriend have one daughter and have been involved in multiple legal disputes over the custody of this child.
Recently, some celebrity divorce news has arisen. The news regards the actor and comedian Martin Lawrence. It has recently been reported that Lawrence has filed for a divorce from his wife.
Lawrence, who is 47, has starred in many movies including "Bad Boys," "Big Momma's House" and "Death at a Funeral."
Sometimes, divorcing couples will resolve divorce-related issues through settlement agreements. This can be seen in a divorce case from California that was recently reported on by USA Today.
The case involved a woman who used to be the president of Yahoo and a man who was formerly an investment banker. The two got married in 1992. In 2007, the couple filed for a divorce.
Recently, some divorce news has arisen regarding the celebrity Cesar Millan. Millan is a famous dog trainer and is the star of the reality television series "The Dog Whisperer." It has recently been reported that final papers have been filed in the divorce between Millan and his ex-wife.
Millan and his ex-wife got married in 1994. In 2010, it was announced that the couple would be separating. Reportedly, after this announcement was made, Millan's ex-wife filed for a divorce.
Sometimes, a couple will make the decision to end their marriage and get a divorce. There are many different factors that can play a role in a couple getting divorced. A recent study looked at what things can lead to a previously happy marriage ending in a divorce.
The study was conducted at the University of California, Los Angeles and was published in the "Journal of Family Psychology."

When one thinks of expos about major relationship-related life changes, one's mind might immediately go to wedding expos. However, a new type of expo has arisen which addresses the end of a marriage, rather than the start. The type of expo in question is the divorce expo.
Recently, a divorce expo was held in New York City. The expo was called "Start Over Smart: A Modern Divorce Expo" and occurred on March 31 and April 1. The expo reportedly was the first divorce expo which has occurred in New York City.
